If you are looking for a detailed and well documented home inspection, especially for older homes, then use this company. Shane has performed two home inspections for us in the last month. The first home built in the late 1800s was a money pit. Shane help stop us from making a major real estate mistake. It failed everything that was important (septic, roof, water, radon) the remediation cost would have been over $100k. The inspection report was 87 pages! The second home, built in 1750, was much better, but there were some issues that were not obvious but needed attention. Shane gets on the roof, down into crawl spaces, does thermal testing, walks the property, etc... Shane even brings in experts for "grey areas" that are very specialized and professional as well.

If you are buying or selling a home, I would call Shane. If you are buying an older home in Bucks, Hunterdon, or Mercer. I would only call Shane.
